Mary Queen of Scots
Mary Stuart, Queen of Scotland, was one hell of a woman. The tension is high between Mary and her cousin, Elizabeth l, Queen of England. This movie goes through the life of Mary as Queen and the struggles she faces in her personal life. She was a Catholic and her subjects did not trust her because of it which caused early rebellion in her reign. These two female leaders are pinned against each other in a male dominated environment. The royals are always an intriguing bunch of people with more betrayal and conspiracy than their followers.
Found in theaters near you. I would rate this movie 3.5/5 because it is a little long but if you’re into a story about backstabbing this one for you.
